Today we are simply posting the article written by the Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) from our presentation in August 2020 (see the AUG MaxTalk) at their Workforce Solutions Summit. We sought to grow understanding in the membership about considerations of how and why to hire Military into their organization, & realize the strategic talent our community brings.
